Base Ingredients (if you don't have the deluxe you have to subtract 1/3 from amounts as the standard Creami has a smaller 'pint'.

  • 150g cottage cheese

  • 75g vanilla whey protein

  • 3 tbsp allulose or 2 tbsp allulose + 1 tbsp inulin

  • 1.5 cups coffee cream

  • Flavours: for lemon cream you would use (fee free to change the juice/extract for any flavour you want.

    • 3 tbsp lemon juice

    • ¾ tsp lemon extract or zest

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In the creami pint, mix the cottage cheese, coffee cream, sweetener, lemon juice, lemon extract or zest, and protein powder until smooth.


  2. Prepare the Ninja Creami: Freeze for at least 24 hours.


  3. Creamify It: Once frozen, place the containers into the Ninja Creami Deluxe and select the “lite ice cream” function.


  4. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop your delicious creation into a bowl and enjoy the creamy flavor. I personally like to zest what ever fruit or flavourant that I use and freeze it while the ice cream is freezing and then sprikle just a little on once scooped into the serving dish for a little visual flair and punch of flavour.
